Acceptance & Eligibility

By registering for or using Drugly.ai, you represent that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. To create an account, you must additionally confirm that you are:

• A licensed healthcare professional (pharmacist, physician, nurse, dentist, veterinarian, or similar licensed clinician), OR
• A pharmaceutical, biomedical, or clinical researcher, OR
• A student enrolled in a supervised pharmacy, medical, or health-sciences program.
• At least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Accepting these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not fall within one of the above categories, you are not authorized to use Drugly.ai. We record the date and time of your professional-use attestation for compliance and audit purposes.

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK Law No. 6698) and applicable UK / EU data protection law (UK GDPR / EU GDPR), you give your explicit consent for us to process your name, email, date of birth, occupation, and workplace information solely to create and manage your account, deliver our services, and stay in touch. You may withdraw this consent or request a copy of your data at any time — simply email us.

Description of Services

Drugly.ai is a professional pharmaceutical information and reference platform designed for licensed healthcare professionals. The platform is in the same category as professional reference resources such as DrugBank, Lexicomp, UpToDate, and Epocrates. Services include (but are not limited to):

• A drug reference database with structured pharmaceutical data
• Drug-drug, drug-food, drug-disease, drug-lab, and herb-drug interaction references
• Pharmacokinetic / pharmacodynamic reference tools
• Pharmacogenomic reference information
• AI-assisted professional reference assistant
• ATC classification and ICD-10/11 browser
• Cosmetic ingredient analysis and pharmacognosy references

Drugly.ai is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All information is provided as structured professional reference and must not be used as the sole source for clinical decision-making.

A substantial portion of information is derived from publicly available structured datasets, peer-reviewed scientific literature, and regulatory prescribing information. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or improve the platform over time.

Professional Responsibilities

As a user of Drugly.ai, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete professional information at registration (licensure status, occupation, workplace)
• Use Drugly.ai content only for professional reference purposes
• Not make clinical decisions based solely on information from the platform; cross-check content against verified, current sources and combine with professional clinical judgment
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Use the platform only for lawful and professional purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
• Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers, AI training pipelines) without our explicit written permission
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Drugly.ai and its content providers
• Not resell, redistribute, or repackage your account or the content to any consumer

Professional Use Notice

Drugly.ai is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and cannot substitute for professional clinical judgment.

All content on the platform — drug data, interaction references, pharmacogenomic information, AI responses, and other information — is provided as structured professional reference for licensed healthcare professionals. Any clinical decision — including starting, stopping, changing, or adjusting the dose of a medication — must always be:

• Cross-checked against the current Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC), regulator-approved prescribing information, and local clinical protocols
• Combined with the clinician's assessment of patient-specific factors (age, renal/hepatic function, comorbidities, concomitant medications, genetics)
• Subject to the ultimate professional judgment of a licensed healthcare professional

AI-Generated Content

Portions of Drugly.ai — including the AI assistant / chatbot, interaction explanations, clinical summaries, and certain analysis outputs — include content generated by large language models (LLMs) and other AI systems.

You acknowledge the following about AI-generated content:

• AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information, and may produce information that appears correct but is incorrect ("hallucinations")
• AI outputs are not medical advice and must not be used as the sole basis for clinical decision-making
• You must independently verify AI outputs against verified, current authoritative sources before relying on them in any professional context
• Anonymized AI interaction data may be used to improve service quality

AI-generated content is identified as such or provided within AI-assisted features. By using AI features, you confirm you understand the nature of AI-generated content and accept the limitations stated above.

Intellectual Property

All content on Drugly.ai — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, database structure, user interface, and brand elements — is the property of Drugly.ai or its content providers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, database rights, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, sell, sublicense, or use our content for AI training without our explicit written permission. Reasonable individual reference use for professional purposes (e.g., documenting a single reference value in a patient note) is permitted.

Subscription, Billing & Refunds

Drugly.ai offers a Free plan with limited features and the following paid professional subscription plans:

• Pro Monthly — €2.99 per month, billed monthly, auto-renews
• Pro Yearly — €29.99 per year, billed annually, auto-renews
• Institutional Licenses — custom pricing, contact us

Prices are in euros (€); any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment service provider, Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the current billing period. Your payment method will be charged the applicable fee unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. The renewal fee will be the plan price in effect at the time of renewal.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings; cancelling stops all future charges. After cancellation, you retain access to professional features until the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy

UK and EU consumers: Your statutory cancellation rights under applicable consumer protection law are unaffected. Within the statutory cooling-off period (typically 14 days from purchase), you may be entitled to a full refund if you have not yet accessed the Service. If you begin accessing the Service during the cooling-off period, you may be entitled to a pro-rata refund for the remaining period.

All other cases: Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable consumer protection law. In the event of a material service outage or defect, we will consider pro-rata refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis.

Refund requests may be sent to hello@drugly.ai. Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our plan prices. Any price change will be communicated to existing subscribers via email at least 30 days before the renewal date, and the price change will only take effect from the next renewal period onward.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Drugly.ai, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures (HTTPS, encrypted databases, access controls, audit logs) to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. You use the platform at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Drugly.ai is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, completeness, currency, or reliability of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

This limitation does not affect any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law (e.g., UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU consumer protection directives, Turkish Consumer Protection Law).

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Drugly.ai at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• False or misrepresentation in the professional-use attestation
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Prolonged inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, but these Terms will continue to apply to any prior use. No refund is provided in the event of termination by us for cause.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Drugly.ai shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Türkiye. This provision does not affect your right under applicable consumer protection law to bring proceedings in the courts of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

Note: As Drugly.ai operations internationalize, the governing-law clause may be updated. Existing subscribers will be notified by email of any material changes.
