About this pathway
Furmonertinib is metabolized by CYP3A4 and CYP2C9 to form active metabolite desmethylfurmonertinib (also known as AST5902) [Article:40525261]. Both are also further metabolized by CYP3A4 and to a lesser extent by CYP2C9 and CYP1A2 to form unknown metabolites [Article:40525261].
